The P.O.D. (Parents of Dolphins)

A group of proud Delmar Dolfins Swim Club parents trading deck chairs for lane lines. Fueled by caffeine, nostalgia, and questionable endurance.

The P.O.D. will not hold formal team practices. Members train independently, with optional workouts available upon request.
